- Based on the hot dipped aluminum and galvanizing, the GL has been developed successfully, not only it has the good property of resistance to atmospheric corrosion and heat proof inoxidability of aluminum coating sheet, but also has the superior property of electrochemical protection, which make the outcut and scratched places not easy to be eroded and rusty
- Advantages:
- Smooth surface, meanwhile with excellent property of resistance to atmospheric corrosion, and the anti-corrosion life is 2 to 6 times higher than hot galvanizing steel sheet
- Excellent heat proof inoxidability and can long time maintain the color under the temperature of 300 degrees Celsius, while long time use under 500 to 600 degrees Celsius
- Also it has the advantage of good waterproof property which better than hot galvanizing and hot dipped aluminum coating steel sheet and ii has the resistance to soil corrosion which better than hot galvanizing steel sheet
- Good material for making car muffler, discharge pipe, foodstuff drier machine, water heater and so on anti-corrosion equipments
- Good painting and machining property
- Having strong binding power with organic material, it is the optimal choice of base steel sheet for color organic coating
